What is the Zions Bank Cup?
The Zions Bank Cup is awarded to the 3A, 4A or 5A school in each zone that amasses the most points over the course of the school year based on team results. There are three cups, with one winner per geographic region (Northern Zone, Salt Lake Zone, Utah Valley Zone). Points are awarded for the following accomplishments:
State Title=20 points
State runner up=15 points
Region Champion=10 points
Region runner up= 7 points
Qualifying for State Tournament= 5 points
